www.kahaniya.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website/Kahaniya") and all its contents are solely the copyright of Rohini Tech Media Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a Private Limited Company, registered under the Companies Act, 2013; having its registered office at H. No. 12-01-2/A/1, Survey No 19 & 20, Beside Ananthula Ramreddy Garden, Arunodaya Nagar, Bandlaguda Village, Nagole, Hyderabad - 500068.

For the purposes of this notice, "We" shall collectively refer to the "Company" and the "Website"; and "You"shall refer to any natural person who has used or intends to use the Website; and "Author/Contributor/Writer" shall refer to any person who uploads any self-created literary content on the website.

Consent to Publish and Copyright

Contributors must grant the Company specific permission to publish their work. All stories/poetries (hereinafter "Content") published on the Website shall be protected under the Copyright laws. This copyright covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the Content, including in electronic forms, reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, or similar. Except for the Content published on an open access basis, the transfer of copyright to the Company becomes effective when the Content is accepted for publication on the Website.

Obligations of the User

Except as expressly permitted by the other provisions of this notice,

  • You must not download any material from our website or transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
  • You must not edit or otherwise modify any material on our website.
  • You may only use our website for your own personal use and must not distribute or commercially exploit the content.
  • You may view those contents of the Website for free, which have been published by their respective Authors for free.
  • You may view those contents of the Website only after payment, which have been published by the authors for view only after the payment of a particular price. You cannot do anything other than make use of the content as set out above, unless you buy the appropriate licence.


As a registered user or subscriber, you agree not to

  • Share your user name and password (which includes PINs) with anyone else. We as well as the Authors will jointly have a copyright over all the literary contents uploaded on the Website. The Author, if he deems fit, may edit his creations and re-upload it on the Website. In such a case, we as well as the Authors will have a joint copyright over the older as well as the edited version of the literary content.

Enforcement of copyright

We take the protection of our copyright very seriously.
