Kahaniya Melange

"If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

We seek the company of friends and family to discuss the books we read and decide what to read next.

However, reading and writing are still considered solitary activities. Kahaniya Melange is an effort to disrupt this notion.

Melange gives you a community to show off your narrative chops, overcome writers’ blocks, find that starting point for your next story, discover newer forms of writing.

We are creating Melange communities across the world. Each community, usually 20-25 big, gathers once a week to engage in a reading or writing activity.

Kahaniya Melange is completely volunteer driven and has grown from 1 community in July 2019 to 15 communities around the world in August 2019.
